We’re back with another Top Ten Tuesday, a weekly meme hosted by Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s topic is Favourite Books of 2022.
I’ve just shared part one of the big End of Year Survey yesterday where I talked about a lot of my favourite reads in 2022 and I also made two top 10 posts for January to June and July to (Early) December. Despite these lists, I still haven’t highlighted a top 10 for this year although I feel like the books that make this list will come as a surprise to no one, especially if you follow my blog. I was debating going rogue but I decided to keep it simple for myself and share this list of my favourites. I’m also sharing a few contenders that almost made the favourite cut! In no particular order…

So that’s the list, friends! It was so hard to shorten my list as I read way more than I ever have before in 2022. What were some of your favourite reads? Do we have any similar picks or are some of these still on your TBR? If you have any recs, I’d love to hear it!

Tomorrow x3 is on my list too this week. I hope to read Babel, Legends & Lattes, and The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea this year….but we’ll see how that goes!

I still have Tomorrow (X3) on my TBR as well as The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea. Some great choices here, Dini. I know my TBR is going to grow today.

I like how you did that, so you could name twice as many favorites. Brilliant! Being able to do that shows what a great reading year you had. You also reminded me that I need to catch up on Caterbury’s books.

We both have The Worst Guy, Hart and Mercy, and Everything for You on our list. I had one of the books from that Elizabeth O’Roark series on my list as well. There were so many good books released this year!

Hart and Mercy made my list too, but we do have some other favorites in common like Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea and Heartstopper! And a lot of others are on my TBR, like Legends and Lattes and the Juliette Cross series 🙂

I really enjoyed Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow and thought The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea was a nice read too. Babel is on my TBR and I’m pretty sure it’s going to be one of the next books I pick up. I also loved Heartbreaker when I read it.

I’ve seen UNDERTAKING on so many of these lists. Guess I need to read that one! I loved HEARTSTOPPER – that one made my list too!

Heartstopper and Belladonna! 😍 I hope to finish Babel soon and I’ll pick up Legends & Lattes soon. I’m also tempted to read Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow even though I think it’s not my usual read. Great list, Dini!
