It’s been a long day so I’m looking forward to spending the rest of my Sunday night in bed with my ARC for The Devil You Know by Elizabeth O’Roark. Listen, the angsty but incendiary chemistry between Ben and Gemma is SENDING ME. I can’t believe I’m loving this angsty “I-say-I-hate-you-but-I-don’t-really” energy in romance right now but it’s got me melting. 🥵

What are you currently reading?

This week was a hectic work week for my friend at her studio involving lots of morning flower market visits and event set-ups. I’m still finding my place in her workspace and so I wasn’t much help, which I felt pretty guilty about, but hopefully, as we settle into a routine and I learn more from her and the rest of the team, I’ll be able to contribute more. After this stressful week, we almost didn’t make it out of the house to do things today but we did get out in the arvo and had a bit of a pampering sesh getting our hair and nails done. I shaved my head again plus, I finally got a septum piercing and spoke to the tattoo artist who’s gonna do my next piece. I’m happy and very excited, so today ended up feeling quite productive! 😍 Photos (maybe) to come! ✨

Although I’m still watching TV a lot more than I am reading (I never thought I’d say that lol), I think I made some decent reading progress this week! My brain is still feeling a bit distracted so it’s harder to get into my fantasies but I’m definitely on that romance kick and I’m loving it. I tried to do better with blog hopping and I think I did a bit more than the previous week… But I know this coming week is gonna be super busy though hopefully, I’ll still find time to engage more.
