We’re back with another Sundays in Bed With… meme! This meme dares to ask you what book has been in your bed this morning and is hosted by Midnight Book Girl. Come share what book you’ve spent your time reading in bed or wish you had time to read today!

I’m spending my Sunday in bed with The Only One Left by Riley Sager. I started this yesterday and as I always find with Sager’s books, even though you’re quickly hooked and feel the need to know what happened, his stories aren’t necessarily fast-paced. I just got to the twist and I saw it right before the reveal and I’m having fun!
What book are you spending your Sunday in bed with?

It was a slow and uneventful week. It’s been another rough mental health moment as well. I spent as much of the week as possible retreating into gaming. Today marks the first anniversary of Tears of the Kingdom and this past week, I decided it was time to stop procrastinating and finally “beat” the game by fighting Ganondorf. It was honestly a bit anticlimactic but still fun, especially the last bit!

I’m now basically exploring and trying to see if I can 100% finish this game. I’m at 65% and I’ve already done so much, I’m wondering what all I have to do—ngl, it’s probably a whole lot of freaking Koroks, lmao. 😂

I’ve been in a murder-y reading mood for the first time in what feels like ever and I’ve read three mysteries this week! I don’t know if this ‘trend’ will continue but I’m not mad about it, especially if it means getting to the many thrillers/mysteries on my TBR!

I didn’t know it’s already been a year since TOTK! I don’t play games but my husband does, so I told him it’s the anniversary. He got a wistful look on his face and said it’s such a great game. 😆 I agree the ending was a bit anticlimactic, but it was fun for me to sometimes watch his gaming.

Yes, I can’t believe it’s been a year already too. It’s gone so quickly. It’s an amazing game and I love the exploration aspect of it so much 😍 I actually started playing Zelda after watching my sister play BOTW years ago and it made me want to try it ASAP even if I didn’t think I’d be good at it, lol. I’m so glad I did!

It was good! I really enjoyed how twisty his twists are! 😂 I know not everyone enjoys his books though. As someone who doesn’t read a lot of thrillers though, I always end up having fun with them!
