We’re back with another Top Ten Tuesday, a weekly meme hosted by Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s topic is Books on My Winter 2022-2023 To-Read List.
Well, I’m not much of a seasonal reader nor am I one for TBRs, so for today’s TTT, I’ve decided to list ten hopefuls that I’m still going to try reading before the end of the year. Some of these are overdue ARCs (because I’m terrible) but others are just books that I’ve been eyeing a lot lately and I want to try reading them sooner rather than later. I know that leaves me only a little over two weeks but sometimes I do like to be a little ambitious! 😜

I quite enjoyed This Vicious Grace and I liked The Beautiful Ones more than I expected.

I’ve read three of these/ Last of the Talons and Christmas Clash were meh. The Dead Romantics was a good book!

Yeah, I remember seeing your review for Talons but I don’t remember seeing your review for Christmas Clash! And I’ve heard great things about Dead Romantics 🙂

Factory Girls was really good, and I love Silvia Moreno Garcia! I’ve heard good things about the Dead Romantics. Enjoy your winter reading!

I enjoyed Galen’s debut so I’m looking forward to reading Factory Girls. I’ve read one book by SMG this year and enjoyed it so much more than I expected to! I can’t wait to read more from her 🙂

I felt Dead Romantics was not really a romance. It had some, but it was more about the main character dealing with her father’s death in my opinion. Still loved it. I hope you enjoy all these books

I’ve heard that it focuses a lot on grief but that it’s not like, super sad? I can’t wait to read it 🙂

Great list! I’ve read and loved The Dead Romantics. The Christmas Clash looks like a fun Christmassy read. Hope you’ll love all of these when you read them, this year or the next 🙂

Ohhh, I have The Beautiful Ones on my bookshelf!!!! haha. I want to read the Dead Romantics so bad but it’s on my 12 book challenge so I’ll do it next year! Great list, Dini!!

WELL, considering how I’ve made zero progress on this reading list since I made it, I might not end up reading these two by the end of the month… 😂 If I haven’t read them, we can maybe do buddy reads next year? Chuck ’em on the list, LOL!

These all sound fun! I have a few of these on my TBR shelves waiting their turn–whenever that may be. I’m really curious about The Dead Romantics and Hooked looks good too. I have only read The Storied Life of A. J. Fikry on your list. I really liked that one. I hope you enjoy all of these when you read them!

I read another book by the author of A.J. Fikry at the start of this month and it’s one of my new favourites. I can’t wait to check this one out 🙂 I’m also looking forward to Dead Romantics and Hooked! I hope you enjoy these books too, whenever you get around to reading them!

I really liked THE STORIED LIFE OF A.J. FIKRY when I read it. Maybe I should re-read it before watching the movie…I hope you enjoy all these!

Thanks, Carla! I feel like I’ve had Fikry on my TBR for ages as well but I just read another one of the author’s books and it became a favourite this year, so I’m looking forward to checking this one out since it’s also very popular. I hope you enjoy it whenever you pick it up 🙂
