I’ll be spending my Sunday night in bed with Paladin’s Faith by T. Kingfisher. This is the last book in the Saints of Steel series (so far?) but after very quickly finishing the third book, we decided to power through the last one so we can complete the series. I haven’t been reading much, but I’m enjoying what I have read so far with Kingfisher’s classic witty characters, charming interactions, and cosiness!

Also, I think this cover might be my favourite of the lot. It’s so pretty (especially irl)! 😍

What book do you have in bed with you this Sunday?

I don’t even know what I did in the last week. Now that I am semi-unemployed (because 3 days a month is really nothing), all the days have kind of blurred into one big pot of… passing days? 😅 There’s not much structure to my days aside from waking up, reading, gaming, eating, and now we’re tossing watching the One Piece anime into the mix. I started the series ages ago but didn’t get much further than about maybe 40-50 episodes? Over the past couple of days I’ve made it to ep133 and I know in the grand scheme of the series that’s really not much of a dent, but it’s a lot for me as I actually don’t watch much of anything. I just finished the Alabasta arc and oh my days, I didn’t expect I’d get so emotional by the end of it?! 😂 It was so good! Anyone else a One Piece (sort of) newbie/fan?

In bookish news, I fear that I haven’t been doing as much blog hopping or reading this week due to the above mentioned reasons. I did spend some time trying to take photos of some of the Illumicrate special editions I’ve received over the past few months to post reviews on their website for some points! I’m really not great at photographing and neither do I have the pretty backgrounds people have and these editions are defo way too pretty for the backgrounds I gave them, but I thought I’d share some photos here.
