Becky and I started our buddy read of Bright Young Women this weekend. I admittedly haven’t made much progress (12%) but I’m hoping to make more tonight! It’s a lot, to say the least, but I’m intrigued by the concept of the author taking power back from serial killers and instead empowering the women who lived through these horrifying events. I’m keen to continue!

There’s very little to update about life this week… Work has been work, which has been super busy, as usual. I went out with my cousin yesterday to find some ramen and to try a new coffee place we’d heard of. It was a successful foodie day! 💜 Also took my catto, Kiki→, to the vet to see if she could be free of the cone but unfortunately, her wound is still kind of wet and so she’s still using the cone. She’s much more used to it now but I think we’re all looking forward to when she no longer has to use it!
