We’re back with another Sundays in Bed With… meme! This meme dares to ask you what book has been in your bed this morning and is hosted by Midnight Book Girl. Come share what book you’ve spent your time reading in bed or wish you had time to read today!

I’ll be spending my Sunday night in bed reading Song of Silver, Flame Like Night. I’ve been in a non-fantasy mood but I need to read it because I have the ARC of the second book to read by the first week of January! 😂 It took a couple of chapters for me to get into the story cos of my mood but I’m eager to get back to it now!

What are you currently reading?

I honestly can’t believe it’s already Christmas tomorrow and then it’s going to be a New Year in a little over a week. How is a year already over?! How is time passing so quickly these days?

If you celebrate, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas with your family and loved ones. And big hugs to all those who find this time of year particularly difficult. 🫂 You’re not alone!

It was a quiet week at the office and next week is going to be even more so. Sadly, I’m already back to work on boxing day but I’ll be having a shorter week still as I’ll be taking Friday off for an extra-long weekend to ring in 2024. Though having said that, I don’t think we’re planning to do anything special for it and it’s going to be another low-key NYE! Chances are we’ll all be in bed before midnight rolls around… 😂

I’ve been slowly catching up on blog hopping and have enjoyed reading peoples’ holiday-themed tags and year-end-themed posts. I always enjoy this time of year on the blogosphere, especially reading about everyone’s favourite & least favourite books of the year. 😍

  1. It’s good that were able to get some time off. Year end is always busy for my business, and I could only get Tuesday off. It’s all good. You and me both will be in bed before midnight. I hope you have wonderful week and that 2024 is a good year for you.

  2. Happy Holidays, Dini. I’m glad things slowed down a bit and you got some time off. I will also have a very quiet NYE, not even sure if I will stay up until midnight. Have a wonderful holiday and enjoy any time you get off this week. I am reading and listening to Demon Copperhead, it is really good and makes you think.
