It’s Sunday evening and I spent the afternoon reading an ARC that I already finished, and since then I’ve been undecided on what to pick up next. I think I might be going with Kingdom of the Wicked or The Crowns of Croswald. But it’s also highly probably that I’ll end up going in a completely different direction from fantasy and read some romance because my mood is a fickle beast right now, and I can only obey its whims. 😂

What are you currently reading?

Another week(end) over and it’s officially the first of November! Is that crazy or is that crazy? 😂 The week in itself was fairly uneventful. I made another semi-impulsive buy last Thursday (again with the dangers of midnight-insomniac shopping) and caved on finally getting the Fit Ring for my Switch. I only got around to testing it out this afternoon and oof, it’s definitely a work out! It was lots of fun though so I’m hoping that’ll keep me motivated to keep working out because I’m so unfit it’s kinda ridiculous 🤣

I also ended up playing on my new Animal Crossing island for quite a few hours yesterday and it was so much fun! The Halloween event was amazing and adorable! I absolutely loved it 😍 I visited my sister’s island too and she gave me a tour as it’s been ages since we’ve played together. We got some cool moody pictures as well because we unintentionally matched costumes and it was super cute!

Reading & Blogging Recap

Overall, it’s been a pretty slow week for reading and blogging. I’d planned to read way more this weekend but I only ended up finishing one book today because I spent the majority of yesterday gaming 😂. I was doing alright with blog hopping earlier on in the week and had plans to engage more this weekend too, but y’know what? It is what it is. I’m planning to catch up a bit more after I post this, so hopefully I won’t have missed too much.

I’ve been fully obsessed with this song since discovering it last week. It’s heartbreaking, sad, but so very beautiful. I was surprised by how much I loved it the first time I heard it!
