Sundays in Bed With… #MyWeeklyWrapUp [319]

We’re back with another Sundays in Bed With… meme! This meme dares to ask you what book has been in your bed this morning and is hosted by Midnight Book Girl. Come share what book you’ve spent your time reading in bed or wish you had time to read today.

I just finished another one of my reads earlier this evening, so now I think I’m going to pick up another one of my ongoing reads, 10 Minutes 38 Seconds in this Strange World. I started this on a whim last week and it reeled me in pretty quickly. I think I’ve been putting off going back to it because the topics are hard, but I’m keen to see where the story goes. Shafak’s writing is gorgeous!

What book do you have in bed with you this Sunday?

Work was kinda mad this week but the week ahead is going to be busier—yay. I went to the doctor on Thursday because my wheezing has been getting progressively worse, and I’m very good at putting off doing things that I need to prioritize… 👀 But it was good that I went because surprise, my chronic bronchitis has flared up and I’ve got a mild chest infection (yet againit’s really not easy living in a megacity with awful pollution). The meds seem to be helping since one of them makes me drowsy AF and I have to take it x3 daily. Not great for when I’m at work, but at least good for my body which clearly needs the rest to recover, lol. We’re on the up, folks!

It’s International Women’s Day today and of course, March is Women’s History Month, so I decided to do a bookstagram post (that I haven’t posted yet but will do after this) and had a bit of fun making it. As a hardcore mood reading girlie, we know TBRs aren’t my jam, but these are potential reads that I’m keen to check out, hopefully this month, if not throughout the year.

ICYMI here’s what I posted this week:

i drink wine – adele

I hope everyone’s doing well and treating themselves with care. Have a great week ahead, friends! 💜

Blog signature that reads: Let's Chat! xoxo, Dini

  1. I’m glad you went to the doctor and got some meds for your infection. I hope you continue to feel better. I know you have to work, but try to take it easy so your body can heal.
