I’ll spend my Sunday night at the airport with Emily Wilde’s Map of the Otherlands. Tbh, I have been the worst buddy reader because I haven’t been reading at all cos I’ve been procrastinating packing since yesterday morning!
What book are you spending your Sunday in bed with?
I’m currently sat at the airport waiting to board my flight to Japan via Korea. I’m pretty excited but also admittedly a little nervous. I don’t know why but despite being a seasoned traveller since I was three (that’s when we first moved), in the past two years (give or take) I’ve become quite an anxious traveller! I don’t know if that’s because of age or what but I don’t like the feeling, lol! 😂
Regardless, I’m looking forward to visiting my sister in Japan after not seeing her for a year. I’m also looking forward to going to the Nintendo Store, the Zoo to see pandas(!!!), Disney Sea, and the Ghibli Museum! 😍 Also, of course, eating all the food cos no trip of mine would be complete without ALL THE FOOD.
If I had been at least a little bit more productive this past week, I would’ve prepared a whole bunch of posts for when I’m away in Japan. Seeing as I’m not that panda, I might just take a mini-break or get my posts up sporadically whenever I can. We’ll just have to wait and see! 😂 It has been an incredibly slow reading week anyway and I’ve only finished one book! 🫣

Enjoy your trip! Would love to go to Japan and Korea on day. We travel a lot as well but the eastern hemisphere has been left largely unexplored.

I can’t believe it’s been a year already!! I remember when she moved. I hope that you have the best time ever!! I know, I’m hoping to get a good chunk of our buddy read finished today. I’m almost finished with the tiktok crazy story! lol

Texas Hold Em is SO GOOD, I’ve had that on repeat this week. So jealous you get to see a panda, that’s on my bucket list!
