Sundays in Bed With… #MyWeeklyWrapUp [209]

We’re back with another Sundays in Bed With… meme! This meme dares to ask you what book has been in your bed this morning and is hosted by Midnight Book Girl. Come share what book you’ve spent your time curled up reading in bed with or which book you wish you had time to read today!

I had a lazy Sunday morning in bed with Symphony for a Deadly Throne. This is the final book in the Mousai series which I started last week and quickly devoured. I have a feeling I’m gonna struggle with this sister’s book though! It’s giving peak angst in every respect and eh… I don’t know if I’m here for it. 😕

What are you currently reading?

I spent much of this week WFH as I wasn’t feeling well. My bronchitis is kind of kicking my butt and it doesn’t help that I live in such a polluted megacity! It was a bit of a low week as well in terms of my mental health so it hasn’t been a very great week, lol. A high note was that my parents returned from their travels and they bought me a very cute panda headband, new MAC lipstick, and very cute bauble-esque earrings (pls excuse all the mess in this picture)! You bet I walked around all day wearing this headband—I love it so much! 😍🐼

With work gearing up to be stupidly busy until mid-December, I have a feeling my reading and blogging are going to take a hit. Again. It’ll all depend on how the stress affects my mental health but I’m ngl friends, it’s not looking good… 🙃 I’ve tried to get back into the groove of blog hopping with mid-success though the new series I discovered made me excited to read again, which was great!

ICYMI here’s what I posted this week:

evermore – taylor swift x bon river

I really hope you’re all doing okay and treating yourself with care. Let’s have a great week ahead! 💜

  1. I’m sorry you haven’t been feeling well. I hope this week is better. You look so cute with your gifts. I like Evermore, but don’t love it. I am not a fan of the Bon Iver part, which is funny because I love him on Exile. It’s that high falsetto that bugs me. Otherwise, it’s an excellent song.
