I’ll be spending my Sunday night finishing Alex Wise vs. The End of the World. This has been an awesome MG fantasy with great characters to root for and friendships! I’m not sure if this is a series but I’m really looking forward to seeing how this book ends.

What are you currently reading?

This week was long and a little more tiring than usual. I ended up binge-watching One Piece, the live-action, this weekend and absolutely loved it. Like, I can see it being a new comfort watch kind of loved it. I’ve never read the manga or watched the anime so I can’t say how well it’s adapted but I thought it was a great watch for a newcomer to the well-loved story and characters. I can say that it’s made a new fan out of me and now I want to consume all of it. 😂

Does anyone else ever feel like there’s always so much to catch up on and you might never catch up on everything every week? 😂 It’s been a mood lately. I haven’t read much at all this week and I thought I’d spend this weekend reading but that didn’t happen, lol.

Things definitely feel busy here as well. I don’t know that I’ve reached the I can’t catch up stage yet, though. I hope things slow down a bit for you and you can get back to enjoying reading.

I think as I got older, I accepted that I just needed to let some stuff slide, and I don’t get overwhelmed because of that. I do hope you are able to get to a good place though.
