Hello, hello and welcome back to another episode of WWW Wednesday, a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On A World of Words, which means I’ll be answering these questions:
- What did you read last?
- What are you currently reading?
- What will you read next?

I don’t know y’all… Reading has been hard lately π and since last week I managed to finish these two books:
The Price of Temptation by Harmony Williams β

I was really looking forward to this one so I was disappointed that I didn’t love it more. I had trouble connecting with the characters and empathising with their situations. There were inconsistencies in character and plot that took me out of the story, and while the con-artist aspect was intriguing, I found the overall execution fell short. Review to come.
Gargantis (The Legends of Eerie-on-Sea) by Thomas Taylor β

I loved coming back to the aptly named Eerie-on-Sea for another mystery with Herbie and Violet. We reunited with many familiar faces but are introduced to a host of new characters, including a wickedly creepy nemesis, Deep Hood. It was great to learn more about the legends and old fishermen’s tales in this action-packed and extremely fast-paced adventure! Check out my review.

I seem to be making an extended pit stop in struggle town because I’m having a hard AF time focusing on any one book right now. I’ve been reading little bits of all these books every day and I’m at around the 10-15% mark with all of them. While I am enjoying what I’ve read from each, I still can’t seem to stick to one book? It’s driving me absolutely mental! π So… That just about sums up how well reading is going right now π

I have a few blog tours quickly coming up and I need to get on these reads so I might even put aside some of what I’m reading to read these…? Who knows!

How is your reading week going and what are you currently reading? Hope the rest of your week goes well!

I’ve heard The Ten Thousand Doors of January is fabulous. I hope you love it. I want to read it.

Same here! I think the majority of people I know have said only great things about it. I hope you love it as well π

That’s a shame about The Price of Temptation–it looked pretty good.

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed. It sounded like it’d be a winner but there were too many inconsistencies and my brain was just not having it lol π
