We’re back with another Sundays in Bed With… meme! This meme dares to ask you what book has been in your bed this morning and is hosted by Midnight Book Girl. Come share what book you’ve spent your time reading in bed or wish you had time to read today.
I’ve got three reads on at the minute. Better the Devil hasn’t really been holding my attention, Razorblade Tears is making me a bit anxious (although it’s so good and readable!), and so I started a historical romance last night and it’s actually making me want to read, lol. So I think I might spend more time with Unveiled this Sunday night!

What book are you spending your Sunday in bed with?

Well, my first week back at work in 2026 went about as planned. It was hectic with so much to catch up on already, but also, as tough as I imagined it would. Getting back into the groove was hard! Luckily, it was a short week because Friday was a national holiday (which my work also followed) so that was nice? I guess that will kind of help me ease back into things in the weeks to come.
Despite being a long weekend, I didn’t do anything (as usual 😭). I did a bit of cleaning today but not nearly as much as I planned to because I watched a few videos of people playing Zelda BOTW and TOTK on Friday, which really sparked a desire to pick up those games again. I’ve already completed BOTW three times and I’m almost 100% with my first TOTK play through, but it still felt so good to explore this world again and re-familiarize myself with the mechanics. These games bring me so much joy! 🥹

It was my first full week back at blogging and I did good with posting my usual schedule, but I wasn’t very good at blog hopping and engaging with other posts… I hope that next week is better!

I hope everyone’s doing well and treating themselves with care. Have a great week ahead, friends! 💜

I went back to work and university this week too, and my goodness I am knackered! I think it’s going to take me another week to get back into it again properly.
Enjoy reading Unveiled!

I can’t even imagine doing work and uni now. I did part-time work and full-time uni for a little bit back in the day and my gosh, I can’t fathom how I did it, haha. I hope that it’s going well in the second week though, Emma!

I wonder when the next Zelda game will come out, or if there will be one. My husband loves playing those games. I’m sure we’ll see the live action movie whenever it comes out.

I wonder too! In the mean time I still love playing BOTW and TOTK although I know there are heaps of other Zelda games I can play… These two just fit what I love most about gaming, lol. I’m excited for the live action! I really hope it lives up to the game… 🤭

It’s nice to come back from a trip to a short work week even if it is hectic. We have off tomorrow for Martin Luther King Day, but I know Tuesday will be chaos. It’s good you were able to mentally prepare for an intense week.

I also had a hard time getting back into the groove of things at the start of the year so I feel you 😦 Watching people play games can be so fun and I hope you’re able to replay those games! Unveiled sounds good, glad it’s helping you read! I’m planning on reading more historical romance this year!🤞🏼

How nice that you first week back was only 4 days. A nice way to ease back in for sure. I hope this week hasn’t been too hectic. If playing Zelda makes you happy, then go for it. Life is too short not to do what you enjoy, Dini.
