We’re back with another Sundays in Bed With… meme! This meme dares to ask you what book has been in your bed this morning and is hosted by Midnight Book Girl. Come share what book you’ve spent your time reading in bed or wish you had time to read today.
I finished my last read yesterday and since then I haven’t been able to decide what I should read next. I picked up these four books to see if any of them stuck and while I liked the few chapters I read of each, I could easily put them down and not immediately pick them back up again. I can’t gauge my mood at the minute!

What book are you spending your Sunday in bed with?

The start of this work week until Wednesday felt like it went on for two months but then Wednesday to Friday felt like a literal blink. 😂 It was a surprisingly eventful weekend compared to my usual of doing absolutely nothing. I promised my cousin that I would see their child play Bert in the Mary Poppins Jr. production her school put on. Afterwards, I was dragged to a very late lunch and coffee/dessert that lasted well into the evening. Today I took a long walk with Dad before we got rained on, baked banana walnut bread, and took a few bookish photos.
Okay, so I’m sure to many of you this doesn’t sound very eventful but for me, it has been and now it’s just about 9pm and I’m exhausted… 😅

Your banana bread looks delicious! Mary Poppins is a great play. I saw it years ago on Broadway, and I am sure those kids did a magnificent job.
