#TopTenTuesday: Covers featuring… Hats!

We’re back with another Top Ten Tuesday, a weekly meme hosted by Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is Covers with [Item] on the Cover (You choose the item! It can be anything at all.) The item I’m choosing is HATS!

When I thought about today’s topic I wanted to choose something that kind of still fit the (Western hemisphere’s) autumn vibes. I feel like this is the most random item choice I could pick while still finding a decent number of books to fit the prompt. OK, maybe it’s not really the most random but it is to me cos I don’t generally pay attention to hats, lol. 🧢 So, here are ten books off my TBR that have covers featuring a hat (or two)!

The Christmas Book Hunt
Otherworldly
A Princess for Christmas
The Mostly True Story of Tanner and Louise
The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store

A Holly Jolly Ever After
Boyfriend
A Rogue of One’s Own
Dust Child
Masters in This Hall

Unsurprisingly, I struggled to find many books on my shelves with hats on the cover! Do you think you could find many covers? Have you read any of these titles or are they on your TBR too?

  1. This is so fun! Everyone is coming up with so many clever objects to feature on this week. I was going to do “houses” and try to make it kind of fit the season (meaning we all probably go visit someone during the holiday season) but didn’t get that one done this week. So many Thanksgiving week. 😉

    • The most I found were in holiday books but someone mentioned how historical fiction lends itself well to hats and I have to agree cos I saw plenty when I went looking deep in my shelves after that comment, lol. 😊 I feel like I’ve had Princess for Christmas on my TBR for… A few years now. I hope we both read it this year and enjoy it too!

  2. The cover for otherworldly is stunning and I love how the hat is flying! What a fun item of choice, I don’t typically pay attention to hats on covers either so it’s a nice way to focus on smaller details 🙂

Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier 🖤!

    • Ooh, I agree! I do think historical fiction lends itself well to hats 🙂 Now that I think about it, I probably have a few more for this list but I’d have to dig through my shelves to see if I’m right, lol. I hope you had a wonderful week as well!
