Foul Days (The Witch’s Compendium of Monsters #1) by Genoveva Dimova ★★★★¼
I’m not sure what I expected going into this but it wasn’t what I got and I absolutely mean that in the best way! Check out my review
Winter’s Orbit (Winter’s Orbit #1) by Everina Maxwell ★★★★★
I can’t believe I waited so long to read this space opera. While it was a slow burn in every sense, it was so worth the journey. Kiem and Jainan are love! 😍 Check out my review
Ocean’s Echo (Winter’s Orbit #2) by Everina Maxwell ★★★★★
I loved Tennal and Surit almost as much as the couple in book one. They have a very slow-burn romance and I honestly wished we got more of it but I loved the high-stakes plot a lot. It was intense, angsty, and so action-packed! I also loved the secondary characters and their “found family” more.

This was meant to fulfil my Buzzword Readathon book for June but I haven’t finished it yet. I’m enjoying it so far!

The Winter’s Orbit series sounds like it’s off to a fantastic start! It seems like space operas went out of favor for a while, glad to see it’s coming back. 🙂
