#TopTenTuesday: Weather Events in Book Titles

We’re back with another Top Ten Tuesday, a weekly meme hosted by Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is Books with Weather Events in the Title/on the Cover (I’m picturing a list of titles with weather-related words in them like storm, rain, blizzard, flood, lightning, hail, snow, wind, etc. OR covers with lightning/storms in the picture.)

I have to admit that I found this one a little tough because I didn’t know if I’d find 10 books with weather events in the title! Surprisingly, after a good deal of searching, I found 10 and all of them are still on my TBR. I noticed some words like wind and storm were quite popular but I was surprised that words like rain and snow weren’t as popular on my shelves because I expected a lot more than what I found! 😂

Snowed In for Christmas
What the Wind Knows
Song of the Forever Rains
The Shape of Thunder
The Lightning-Struck Heart

The Four Winds
Son of the Storm
Flowers in the Storm
Snow Falling on Cedars
Project Hail Mary

Did you find certain weather words appear a lot more often than others? What were the most and least common weather words you found? Have you read any of these?

  1. Great list, Dini. We even share one book this month, Snow Falling on Cedars. But we have a very different cover.

My TTT this week is mainly about snow and storm.
