#TopTenTuesday: Autumn 2022 Possibility Pile

So, we’re back with another Top Ten Tuesday, a weekly meme hosted by Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is about Books On My Fall 2022 To-Read List.

As I’ve mentioned plenty of times before, I’m not much of a TBR person because as a mood reader I never stick to them (like, ever) and neither do I live somewhere with multiple seasons! However, I love a good list and I particularly love curating very loose ✨possibility piles✨ of books that are high up on my radar and that I think might get read sometime soonish. The books I mention are a mix of ARCs that I do need to read for tours/due dates soon and also titles I’ve been thinking a lot about lately!

ARCs

Soul of the Deep by Natasha Bowen
Omega Morales and The Legend of Lechuza by Laekan Zea Kemp
Well, That Was Unexpected by Jesse Q. Sutanto
Rust in the Root by Justina Ireland
The Vermilion Emporium by Jamie Pacton

NON-ARCs

Funny Feelings by Tarah DeWitt
Daughter of the Deep by Rick Riordan
Babel by R.F. Kuang
West Side Love Story by Priscila Oliveras
The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy by Megan Bannen

What books are you looking forward to reading soon? Are you also a mood reader like me or do you like to set yourself a ‘strict’ TBR to follow?

  1. I just got a copy of Babel so I’m hoping to read that soon. And I’ve been thinking of The Daughter of the Deep too. But if I want it to match my Riordan collection than I need a hardcover and my gosh are those expensive.

  2. Hahahahaha.. OMG! How on EARTH did I forget Babel when we are hosting a buddy read?! Wow, my brain is mush! LOL! I really hope you love Undertaking of Hart and Mercy! Such a great book! Your arcs look so good too. I’m staying off Netgalley.. LOL. I never stick to my TBR but it’s fun participating! I hope you have a lovely week, Dini! ❤

  3. I’ve enjoyed Justina Ireland’s previous books, so I should probably try Rust in the Root. Same with Daughter of the Deep, but I loved Riordan’s other books so much I’m a little intimidated. XD

  4. I bought Funny Feelings. I need to read it. You may have inspired me to get it on my TBR. The reviews for Heart & Mercy are so good that I am intrigued even though it’s outside my normal genre. Sutanto is calling to me too. Nice list

  5. The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy made my list this week too. I’m so excited to read it. It looks fun and creepy at the same time. 😀 I hope you’ll enjoy all of these!

  6. Funny Feelings is one I’ve had my eye on! I love the cover, but I haven’t seen any bloggers who’ve read it yet. I look forward to seeing what you think of it! And Babel is everywhere. I’m holding out adding it until I see some reviews from you all on that one, as well. 🙂 Happy reading!
