#TopTenTuesday: LGBTQIA+ Book Reccos

So, we’re back with another Top Ten Tuesday, a weekly meme hosted by Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week is actually a freebie and so I decided to do a topic that I don’t think I’ve done before: Bookish Wishes (List the top 10 books you’d love to own and include a link to your wishlist so that people can grant your wish. Make sure you link your wishlist to your mailing address [here’s how to do it on Amazon] or include the email address associated with your ereader in the list description so people know how to get the book to you.)

This week’s topic is about bookish wishes but I feel like this topic has already been done fairly recently so, in keeping with Pride Month, I’ve decided to share 10 LGBTQIA+ books that I’ve read, loved and would recommend! If you’ve been on my blog before you’ll likely have seen me mention a few of these books many times because I adore them. I’d definitely love to know your favourites and recommendations too so please share in the comments below! 💜

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo
Cemetery Boys
The Death of Vivek Oji
Slippery Creatures
The Goddess of Nothing At All

Sofi and the Bone Song
The Henna Wars
Felix Ever After
Legends & Lattes
Take A Hint, Dani Brown

Have you read any of these LGBTQIA+ books or are they on your TBR? What are some of your favourite LGBTQIA+ books and what would you recommend? Gimme all the recs, please! 💜

    • Yep, it’s definitely one of those surprising ones that has stayed with me too. Such a wonderfully written and heartfelt book. So so good! 🥰 I’m currently reading The Charm Offensive and I’m *loving* it! Dev and Charlie are such sweet wholesome beans 🥹

  4. Excellent choice for Pride Month! 🙂 I see Evelyn Hugo around SO much and am really curious. Reid is an author I want to read more of, having only read one of hers…

    Happy Tues!!

      • Yes! I understand that entirely haha. I think everyone else was probably aware it should be on this list–I think it was an Amazon LGBT best seller?–I just missed literally everything about it, because I was autobuying the author after Daisy Jones!

  5. Good idea. I saw another pride post last week and thought, why didn’t I think of that? And now I’ve done it again. Gosh.

My TTT has a twist this week.

  6. Love your topic choice this week! I’ve only read Evelyn Hugo and I was one of the minority that didn’t love it. I have a rocky relationship with TJR’s books. I wasn’t a fan of Daisy Jones, but I liked Malibu Rising. 🤷‍♀️😃 I’m currently reading one of her older books, Maybe in Another Life, and I’m enjoying it. So odd. I still need to get to the last two books in the Brown Sisters series. Happy reading this week!
