It’s time for another Friday Favorites hosted by Kibby @ Something of the Book! This weekly meme is where you get to share a list of all your favourites based on the list of prompts on Kibby’s page. Sounds fun, right? This week’s prompt is: favorite book covers of 2019. Oh my goodness, what a difficult prompt to answer because I don’t know about you but there were a lot of books released this year that had gorgeous, intriguing and eye-catching covers! My post will probably missing a big chunk of great covers because I can’t remember them right now… 😅 HOW DO I CHOOSE?! I’m just gonna keep it simple and stick to a gallery of pictures (and maybe pick more than five… or ten… or…more)?

OK, I really had to stop myself at fifteen but I definitely could’ve kept going! Hmm… I’m really seeing a pattern in the types of covers that catch my eye! I’m clearly a sucker for them ones with illustrated characters 😂

Spin the Dawn and Sorcery of Thorns are so gorgeous, nice selections! omg Ten Thousand Doors of January too, insta-loved that cover. Can definitely see how it’s hard to choose, as we near the end of 2019 there are just so many to choose from.

Some of these others were definitely insta-love as well! I think 2019 really killed it with all the amazing covers that came out but I have a feeling 2020 will be even more amazing 🙊

Yay for House of Salt and Sorrow and Sorcery of Thorns! There were so many good covers this year. I can’t wait to see what next year has in store for us!

Yay! I’m excited for next year too. I’ve already seen quite a few gorgeous covers that have my jaw dropping and me wanting to *grabby hands* all the books 😂my poor, poor wallet… 🙈

Oh, I love Wilder Girls cover so much!! 😍😍 Tattoo it on my eyelids because that’s the only thing that matters!! I need to make a post like that!! I saw a few while catching up today and I loved so many covers this year!! I’m so mad I skipped bookish memes lately!! Great post, Dini 🙂

The Wilder Girls cover really is awesome isn’t it? I still need to read the book though 🙈This year has defo been winning with the covers but I think 2020 is gonna also be a crazy cover year — I’ve seen a few already and all so gorgeous 😍You can still always join in the meme-fun!

Oh, yes! I’ve seen so many amazing covers for 2020 it is insane!! I will join the fun but I’ve poured all my blogging time into the Edelweiss post lately and I have so much catching up to do!! 🙈🙈 Though this one should be fast to write at least lol
