Last night, I started two books but have kept on with only one of them today.

Last night, I started two books but have kept on with only one of them today. I started The Places I’ve Cried in Public, a YA contemporary that I’ve been putting off for years because I knew I had to be in the right mood for it. I read about 20% but I’m not sure it’s working for me. I might DNF for now or try it again after I finish my second, fluffier read!

I’ll be spending my Sunday in bed trying to figure out what to read next! I finished a 5-star read in the early hours of Sunday morning (3am to be exact) and as I’m still reeling from how it utterly emotionally wrecked me, I’m not quite sure what to read next. Here are the books I’ll read a couple of chapters from to figure it out:

I’ll be spending my Sunday night in bed reading Song of Silver, Flame Like Night. I’ve been in a non-fantasy mood but I need to read it because I have the ARC of the second book to read by the first week of January! 😂 It took a couple of chapters for me to get into the story cos of my mood but I’m eager to get back to it now!

I’ve entered my shifter romance phase, friends! Kidding. Maybe? But I’ll be spending the rest of this Sunday in bed with The Lone Wolf’s Rejected Mate. This is the third in a rejected mate shifter romance and while I don’t think I’m loving the series, I don’t know, I guess I’m eating cos I’m on book three, lol. 😂

This Sunday I’ve spent my time in bed with Trade Me by Courtney Milan. This author has been on my TBR for a while now but this is my first book by her and so far, it’s a really strong start and I’m so glad to be enjoying this. 😃 I just hope that the feeling endures, lol!

It’s another Sunday in bed not knowing what I want to be reading. I finished my last read this morning and I think I might continue my cautious progress on Song of Silver, Flame Like Night. But I also have a script that I need to memorize by tomorrow when I am starring in a video shoot for my office so I’ll likely be obsessing over that. 🙃

I’m wrapping up my Sunday in bed with The Roses of May. This is a thriller I’ve been meaning to continue for ages after discovering the first book quite by accident several years ago. My current mood is screaming romance but this thriller somehow seems to be working for me and I’m hooked!

I had a lazy Sunday morning in bed with Symphony for a Deadly Throne. This is the final book in the Mousai series which I started last week and quickly devoured. I have a feeling I’m gonna struggle with this sister’s book though! It’s giving peak angst in every respect and eh… I don’t know if I’m here for it. 😕
